S. Integrated East-West Forum at The Science of Consciousness Conference

TSC 2016 (April 25-30, 2016), Tucson, Arizona, USA

A large delegation from DEI, comprising around 100 faculty members, research scholars and students visited Tucson, Arizona for The Science of Consciousness Conference (TSC 2016) organized from April 25-30, 2016 for both the Integrated East-West Forum on April 25 as well as the main event in the following days. A pre-event rehearsal was organized at DEI on April 15 and addressed by Dr. Thubten Samphel, Director, Tibet Policy Institute, Dharamshala. The Integrated East-West Forum on April 25 was held in video-conferenced mode with DEI, Dayalbagh. The Vision Talk was delivered at Tucson by Revered Prof. P.S. Satsangi, Chairman, Advisory Committee on Education, Dayalbagh Educational Institutions. Panel Discussion was held on “Consciousness : Integrating Eastern and Western Perspectives” with notable inputs from DEI also. Among the experts at the East-West Forum were Prof. Stuart Hameroff, Prof. James Barrell, Prof. Rocco J Gennaro, Prof. Paavo Pylkkanen, Dr. Chris Fields, Dr. Thubten Samphel, Dr. Lobsang Rapgay, Prof. P. Sriramamurti Dr. Anirban Bandyopadhyay, Prof. Subhash Kak, Mr. Prem Prashant, Dr. V. Prem Lata and Dr. Bani Dayal Dhir. The debates organized during Mission Science of Consciousness have taken the world by storm as revealed in the lines of Sar Bachan : dky uxj ekuks nsgSa mtkM+h i.e. As if the Merciful Lord would devastate the Region of Kala.
